It’s me, not painting. My friend sajjad(self taught photographer) snapped this. When you feel like taking a gap between works best way is reading. I was reading Legendary painter M.F hussain by Bikram singh . Reading his book is like journey in the art ocean. Having so many controversies in his life and continuing the art is not easy .He took the freedom to express his thought process  in all directions .As he is famous for his nude paintings of Hindu Gods and goddesses which is the most controversial topic. Several cases were filed against him by people protesting his portrayal of Hindu goddesses in the nude. His house was attacked and art works vandalize by fundamentalists in India.  M F Hussains film Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities also attracted controversy and was pulled out of movie theaters a day after some Muslim organizations like All India Muslim Council and Jamiat-ul-Ulema-e-Hind argued that one of the songs in the film contained words directly taken from the Holy Quran.

His narrative paintings, executed in a modified Cubist style, can be caustic and funny as well as serious and sombre. His themes—usually treated in series—include topics as diverse as Mohandas K. Gandhi, Mother Teresa, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata, the British raj, and motifs of Indian urban and rural life. One of the most celebrated and internationally recognized Indian artists of the 20th century; he also received recognition as a printmaker, photographer, and filmmaker.
